About Ritu
After a decade of shifting through different styles of workouts and numerous injuries over the years, Ritu discovered Yoga and completely fell in love with it. Not only Yoga healed her injuries, Ritu found Yoga helped her recognize her abilities instead of pushing her aimlessly.
